37°N, 97°W: Into the Night
Field Notes:
From the very beginning of Expedition 37, I’ve adhered to a foundational principle: working from first principles. It’s a deliberate choice, one that keeps me grounded and focused. Instead of getting lost in the noise of online videos or social media, I spend countless hours doing data compilation and analysis.
I spend very little time scrolling through X, YouTube or TikTok looking for answers to the mystery of the UAP Phenomena. My attention is elsewhere- toward raw data. It’s within those numbers, patterns, and anomalies that I discover the sites worth exploring and photographing.
I’ve fallen behind my goal of posting to the Expedition 37 blog every week because of this data-driven approach. At this point I’ve compiled and analyzed close to 1,200 UFO/UAP reports from the 37th parallel and other UFO hotspots in Missouri and Kansas. That data analysis showed two important facts.
- July and August are the months with the highest number of UFO/UAP sightings.
- The peak time for UFO/UAP sightings is between 9PM and 11PM.
Knowing this, I’ve chosen to be on the road during those peak hours, exploring the highways where UFO/UAPs have been reported. My goal is to capture photographs of any intriguing phenomena I encounter at night. While there will come a time when I can write posts about the backlog of sites I’ve already visited and photographed, that moment isn’t now.
As a lifelong Experiencer, I’ve never personally witnessed a UFO/UAP, nor have I made any claims to have done so. However, based on the data, it suggests that if I were to encounter one, it would most likely happen along the 37th parallel during the months of July or August, between 9 PM and 11 PM.
So, if you’re looking for me these days, head out to the highways of Kansas and Missouri after sunset- you’ll find me there.
